Where to Find HUD Foreclosure Listings

There are a lot of bank owned homes out there right now. Buyers who are looking for a rehab, either to live in or for investment, are finding it easier to find what they're looking for.

However, bank owned properties are not the same thing as "HUD" properties. HUD properties are those that are being offered by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. HUD uses an agency to offer their foreclosed properties to the public. If you find a HUD home you're interested in, contact the agent of your choice to make an offer on it.
