The Icon and Casablanca Coffee

Casablanca Coffee is now open in the Gulch!

Casablanca is now located in The Icon in the Gulch, between Cantina Laredo and Urban Flats. It opened its doors in July and is now serving up some of the best coffee, frappes, pastries, and lunch dishes in Nashville. Parking is conveniently located in the Icon garage and is easily accessed from either 12th Ave S. or Division St.

The Gulch is an area at the southwest corner of downtown Nashville. For years it was an abandoned railyard with no residents and no commercial activity. Over the last ten years The Gulch has seen tremendous renovation. Several restaurants, retail and condo developments have been constructed and are now a thriving part of Nashville's social portfolio.

The Icon is an amenities driven, luxury condo development that clearly lives up to the meaning of its name "Icon". Its smart and stylish floor plans are only the beginning.
